What warranty or guarantees do you offer?

At Pro Reno Ltd we offer all warranties and/or guarantees on our workmanship and materials. We manage and work with reputable and reliable subcontractors who also provide the same level of paperwork and guarantees. We give our clients peace of mind with our 10-year Halo workmanship guarantee as part of being registered under the Certified Builders Association. 

How much will the renovation cost?

The cost of a renovation depends on various factors, including the scope of the project, materials used, labour costs, and any unforeseen issues that may arise during the process.

We encourage a couple of quotes to be sourced before signing our agreement, as we are confident that we are priced very competitively in the Auckland market and we want you to feel comfortable that you are getting great value in your renovation comparatively to other companies. 

How long will the renovation take?

The duration of a renovation project can vary significantly based on its complexity and size. A small renovation might take a week to a few weeks, while larger projects could take several months. Pro Reno provide comprehensive project timelines for larger jobs and will manage all subcontractors to ensure the project stays on schedule. 

Do I need consent for the renovation?

Some renovations require concepts from local authorities. The need for consents depends on the type of work being done and local building regulations. Here at Pro Reno Ltd we are very experienced and knowledgeable about the necessary consents required for each step of your renovation project and can guide you through the process. 

Can I live in the house during the renovation?

It depends on the extent of the renovation. For smaller projects, it's often possible to live in the house, but for major renovations that involve significant disruptions or structural changes, it may be better to find alternative accommodation during the construction phase.

What materials should I use for the renovation?

Will I be able to make changes during the renovation?

Any major changes can be discussed as required, but please be aware a contract addendum may be required if the cost will be impacted greatly to ensure there are no surprises.
