Project Initiation
Initial consultation to understand your project requirements to ensure we fully understand your vision and goals.
At this stage we will be able to provide an initial estimate and budget expectations.
design and Planning
Architectural collaboration and concept development, Pro Reno can provide recommendations and prior work learnings.
Estimate breakdown and pricing options to best suit your project.
Develop Project timelines and timeframes for your project, including a date of commencement.
Once you have engaged Pro Reno Ltd to carry out your renovation project, a contract may be required before we engage in further work.
Pre construction
When you are satisfied with the design and budget, we will help you navigate regulatory requirements and consents with our years of experience and expertise.
At this stage site preparation can begin including identify any site-specific challenges and environmental considerations
construction phase
Groundbreaking will commence and our team will be on site from the confirmed project start date.
Throughout this stage you will be kept up to date with progress and milestone updates. Regular meetings enable you to provide feedback and understand any impact to project timelines.
Council inspections and quality control takes place throughout construction.
Project Management
You will have a clear line of communication, and frequent updates throughout the build process.
Pro Reno will manage all subcontractors and supplier trades (if applicable) and keep you updated on their progress, along with quality control their work throughout.
We pride ourselves on our timeline management and will discuss strategies to mitigate any delays with you.
collaboration
We know its important for our clients to be be able to provide feedback and suggest adjustments - you will have this opportunity throughout the process.
Site visits and project manager meetings are frequently offered and encouraged.
Handover
At the handover stage final inspections will take place, as well as subcontractor producer statements and producer warranties provided. This is when CCC application will take place if required.
