Takutai
We gave this family home a much-needed refresh in Bucklands Beach. New cladding and joinery, a more modern layout and upgrade of the kitchen and bathrooms, closed in the carport to create a new garage so we could transform the existing garage into a self-contained unit.

Built in the early 90s, this home needed a more modern fit out of all internal living spaces. By opening up the wall between the kitchen and living room it created large free flow access from the lounge onto the new external deck, blending the spaces perfectly. The completion of a new modern kitchen and bathroom added real value to this home.
